“Handloom sarees are woven entirely by hand on traditional looms. The minor variations in weave are the artisan's signature — proof that no other saree in the world is exactly this one.”
Color: Peach
Loom Type: Handloom
Blouse Piece: Included
Motifs/Patterns: This is a 100% handloom pure muslin silk Jamdani in a beautiful summery peach — and peach is having its moment for good reason. It's the shade of a sky just before sunset, warm without being heavy, soft without being dull. In summer, pastels are always the smart pick: you want something that feels light and looks light, and this colour delivers both. It flatters almost every complexion and photographs beautifully in daylight.
Being muslin silk, the saree is featherlight and sheer, and against that translucence the Jamdani work looks almost surreal — motifs seem to float rather than sit on the cloth. It's an easy pick for so many occasions: rituals and pujas, brunches, lunches, dinners, or any gathering where you want to look effortlessly put together. Light on the shoulder, easy through a long day, and quietly beautiful from every angle.
The body is that lovely peach, scattered with flower motifs woven in silver and golden zari through the classic Jamdani needle technique. The motifs alternate — silver, then gold, then silver again — placed evenly across the length of the saree, so the shimmer changes as you move and the light shifts. The zari used is tested zari. Against the sheer peach ground, these small blooms read like they've been dropped onto the fabric by hand, which, in effect, is exactly what happened
The pallu carries a large, beautiful spreading design that covers the entire expanse — a flowering vine unfurling in golden and silver tested zari, worked through the same Jamdani needle technique. It's the most detailed part of the saree and the most striking; against the translucent peach, the gold and silver seem to glow from within the cloth rather than on top of it. The saree finishes with handmade tassels, and comes with a blouse piece woven with pinstripes
Border Details: The border is a sleek gold edging running along both the top and bottom of the saree. Nothing broad, nothing ornamental — just a fine gold line holding the drape together. And that restraint is exactly right here. With a fabric this sheer and Jamdani work this delicate, a heavy border would have crushed the whole mood. Instead, the gold edging gives the saree just enough definition to frame the sheerness and let the motifs breathe.
Special Techniques: This is a 100% handloom pure muslin silk Jamdani, and it is yarn-dyed. That means every thread is dyed before it goes onto the loom, not after the saree is woven. The difference matters: yarn dyeing lets the colour penetrate each fibre completely, so the shade sits deep and even, looks identical on both sides of the fabric, and holds its tone through years of wear instead of fading the way surface-dyed cloth does.
The zari used here is tested zari — not artificial polyester zari. That's why the gold and silver read warm and soft rather than plasticky and harsh, and why they sit comfortably against fine muslin silk instead of stiffening it.
Then there is the Jamdani weave itself, which is the heart of this saree. Every motif — each small flower in the body, the entire sprawling design of the pallu — is inserted by hand with a fine needle-like stick while the weaving is still in progress. There is no printed pattern and no machine assistance; the design lives in the weaver's memory and emerges thread by thread, pick by pick.
On muslin this fine, there is nowhere to hide. The ground is so delicate that a single careless pick can pull or tear it, and every motif must be counted perfectly to stay aligned across the length of the saree. It's slow, exacting work by highly skilled hands — and it's the reason a saree like this feels the way it does.
Season: All seasons
Care Instructions: Only dry cleaning. Never steam iron. If ironing at home, place a cotton/mulmul cloth on top of the saree and use your iron at the lowest heat setting. Our skilled artisans use natural dyes for all our handloom collection and this will protect the intricate zari work, fabric and wont harm your precious handloom.
Store in a cotton bag or a muslin cloth to protect against moisture."

Handloom sarees are entirely hand-woven on traditional looms by skilled artisans. Natural variations like minor thread ends, slight pattern variations, or subtle texture differences are authentic characteristics, not defects. These make each piece truly one-of-a-kind.
We photograph our sarees professionally to show accurate colors. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings and lighting. The natural handloom process may also create subtle color variations, which add to its authenticity.
