1. Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours of receiving your order confirmation.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched with tracking details
2. Shipping Partners
We partner with trusted and reliable courier services to ensure your saree reaches you in pristine condition:
- Shiprocket - For nationwide express delivery
- Blue Dart - For premium and time-sensitive shipments
- Other Trusted Carriers - Based on your location and delivery requirements
Our shipping partners are carefully selected for their reliability, safety standards, and track record in handling premium textile products. Please note that these delivery providers are not owned or operated by us. While we work with the most reliable carriers, sometimes due to operational or other logistical issues, packages could be delayed. We coordinate closely with the shipping provider to provide you with timely updates and expedite delivery in case of delays or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Delivery Timeline
Estimated Delivery Times:
- Metro Cities: Within 48 hours
- Other Cities: 4-7 business days
- Remote/Rural Areas: 7-10 business days
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or public holidays.
4. Order Tracking
Transparency is important to us. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:
- A shipping confirmation email with your tracking number
- Real-time tracking link to monitor your package's journey
- SMS updates (if phone number is provided) at key delivery milestones
- Estimated delivery date based on your location
You can track your order anytime by clicking the tracking link in your email or by entering your tracking number on the courier partner's website.

We ship free of cost across PAN India.
6. Insurance Coverage
Your peace of mind matters to us. To protect your investment:

All orders above ₹5,000 are automatically insured through our trusted insurance partner at no additional cost to you.
Orders below ₹5,000 can be insured upon request for an additional nominal fee.
7. Delivery Attempts and Failed Deliveries
- Our courier partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts
- You will receive advance notification before each delivery attempt via SMS/email
- If delivery fails after 3 attempts, the package will be returned to us
- Return shipping charges and re-delivery charges will apply
- Please ensure accurate delivery address and contact information to avoid delays
8. International Shipping
International shipping can be arranged on request. However, customers need to reach out to us before placing the order to discuss shipping arrangements.

9. Address Changes
- Address changes can be made within 2 hours of placing your order
- Once the order is dispatched, address modifications are not possible

We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, transportation disruptions, government restrictions, or pandemics. In such cases, we will keep you informed and work to resolve delays as quickly as possible.
