Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is not available. Due to the high value of the premium handloom sarees we sell, we only accept online payments. This ensures secure transactions and protects both you and us from fraud and payment-related issues.

Payment Process

  1. Complete your order details and shipping information
  2. Review your order summary and total amount
  3. Click on "Place Order" to proceed to payment
  4. You will be redirected to Razorpay's secure payment page
  5. Select your preferred payment method
  6. Complete the payment
  7. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately

Payment Confirmation

Once your payment is successful:

  • You will see a confirmation message on your screen
  • An order confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address
  • Your order will be processed within 24 hours
  • You will receive shipping details via email/SMS once dispatched

Payment Failed?

If your payment fails, please:

  • Check if your internet connection is stable
  • Verify that you have sufficient funds in your account
  • Ensure your payment method is active and valid
  • Try using a different payment method
  • Contact your bank if the issue persists

Refund Processing

In case of order cancellation (within 2 hours of placing order) or if we need to process a refund:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5-7 business days
  • Actual credit to your account depends on your bank's processing time
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is initiated
