The Founding VIP Circle is a group of 100 women who get to see our saree collection before anyone else. You’ll get early access, special discounts, and lifetime VIP benefits. Think of it as being part of an exclusive club that gets first look at everything we launch.

It costs ₹1,000 to join. This deposit becomes ₹1,000 store credit that you can use toward your saree purchase. We ask for this deposit to ensure we’re opening our collection to serious buyers only. Since we have just one piece of each saree, we want to give access to women who are genuinely interested in owning these pieces, not just browsing.

It depends on which tier you join:

• Platinum Members (#001-025): October 13-15 (see everything 72 hours early)
• Gold Members (#026-075): October 14-15 (see everything 48 hours early)
• Silver Members (#076-100): October 15 (see everything 24 hours early)
• Public Launch: October 16 (Non VIPs can buy it)

Yes. We curate one piece of each design. Once someone buys it, that saree is gone from our collection. We don’t restock the same designs.

Only handloom sarees are unique as they are made by skilled artisans who weave them entirely by hand on a traditional loom. Because of this craft process, no two handloom sarees are ever exactly identical—even if woven by the same artisan using the same pattern. The weaver’s hand creates subtle variations in tension, color depth, and texture that make each piece naturally unique.

This is why early access matters—you get first choice of truly one-of-a-kind pieces before they’re claimed.

Since each saree is one-of-a-kind and handpicked, all sales are final. We don’t offer returns or refunds.

Return exception:

If you receive an incorrect product, rare scenario, or the product is damaged, we’ll help you. Here’s what you need to do:

• Record an unboxing video when your package arrives. The video must capture the package opening from start to finish without any cuts or edits. Upon verification and approval of the submitted video and images, we will offer a replacement resolution. Please note, the same saree design may not be available, but you will have the option to choose any other saree of your choice from our collection. (Mandatory Step)
• Report immediately—within 24 hours of delivery

About handloom characteristics:

Handloom sarees are woven entirely by hand. You may notice:

• Minor thread ends or loose threads
• Slight variations in pattern or weave
• Small irregularities in color consistency

These are natural to handloom craft, not manufacturing defects. They cannot be considered damage.

We’ll email you quarterly reminders showing your progress. If you’re close to meeting your requirement, we’ll notify you so you have time to maintain your status.

Important: If you don’t meet your quarterly requirement, you permanently lose your Founding VIP Circle spot. Your membership number will be released to someone on the waitlist. If you’d like to rejoin in the future, you can add yourself to the waitlist, but there’s no guarantee of getting back in—Founding Circle spots are limited to 100 members total.
